Inspired by comic books, sci-fi movies, and the burgeoning "art toy" movement, this little guy is a fusion of traditional metal-smithing techniques and modern obsessions. Though made primarily out of brass, this machine is injected with a dose of human warmth and whimsy.

A weird (but pleasant) little surprise... I entered this for an exhibition and the organizers used the image for all of the show's promotion
