Early Concepts

Rolled & Ready - Steel forms rolled, spot welded together and ready for reinforcement

Mold ready! - Metal form reinforced with OSB

Seam Scheme - Overlapping seams are unacceptable so 5 configurations were devised for each leg

Ugh. - It took almost 3 (long) days to cut all of the veneer.
