CVD Made Easy

CVD Made Easy was developed based on insights I gained while researching how color vision deficiency (CVD) affects people’s lives. I found that CVD tends to have the greatest impact on people in early childhood when color recognition is a primary part of the educational curriculum. Through research, I also found that the problem with CVD is not the condition itself, but the lack of awareness, lack of testing, and lack of information available. CVD Made Easy seeks to bring attention to CVD through both a classroom activity and an online program for parents and children, which help promote recognition and understanding.
