To design “ revitalization community complex” by using an existing warehouse at Pier 48 San Francisco, CA. This project will accommodate the city’s waterfront life style , which has been increasing for San Franciscans’ social and working lives. By creating a healthy and productive environment. Also, integrate a public space, as well as a park into the growing community.
I also realized that there is a need for a space where people can relax and enjoy, after working or studying at the end of a day.
- This project design to be mixed use between residential and commercial. It consists of Residential 20,000 Sq. and Commercial 10,000 Sq. Ft.
- This complex includes apartment, restaurant, spa and fitness.
- Use the natural and sustainable materials. Also provide all entire system with sustainable strategies such as green roof, solar thermal panels, rainwater harvesting, indoor courtyard and radiant floor heating.
