PHILLY FOUNTAIN is a community-enhancing object. Kelly Drive is home to a community living at a fast-pace. Exercising, commuting, strolling: The path is a means to move. In order to bring people a little closer together, Philly Fountain acts as a point of connection. It encourages people to add a personal touch to create an evolving mural. Inspired by the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, it promotes people to take part in group action while providing a place to quench their thirst.
