As project manager, my job was to contact these non-profit organizations, via phone and e-mail, to get in contact with the right people so that I could obtain permissions, logos, branding guidelines, and content for the creation of these cards. The goal of these Tear Out Cards is to promote the non-profit organizations and their missions. These Tear Out Cards not only give American Lifestyle magazine customers an opportunity to show their support for these organizations, but also ultimately spread awareness for their causes.

Tear Out Cards (TOC) are short articles or promotions that are found at the
beginning and end of American Lifestyle magazine. For every issue, our customers
have the option to choose new or different TOCs to print in their magazine. We keep
an inventory of TOC options that include recipes, environmental tips, and healthy
living advice, among other topics. The front of each card is where the sender’s contact
information is placed. The back of the card contains the bulk of the content.
