The mobile demo is developed to show Neonodes technology. The demo shell is designed in two pieces of aluminium to be robust and also work as a stiffener.
The shape is swiped around the screen and exit area of the IR-touch Light-guide with the same shape on front and backside.
The convex shape on the short sides makes the device look more gently and appealing. The design is made to refer not only to smartphones but also other kind of small touchscreen units like for example the GPS.
This Mobilephone demo also have proximity sensors and in the video above you can see how the integrated pressure sensor works.
