Creative Artist
Location: 50% in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, 50% in other office locations

As Creative Artist, you will work closely with the Executive Creative Director and translate concepts and ideas into delicate art works. We value your space to create art, therefore we offer flexible hours and work locations. Based on performance, we are even open to sparing some time for artists to develop personal passion.

Main Responsibilities
• Work closely with Executive Creative Director in bringing abstract concepts into illustrations or art pieces
• Combine hand-sketching with digital software to create thorough illustrations
• Refine and complete designs
• Occasionally present drafts and concepts to guide the wider team
• Engage with overseas teams from concept formation to final delivery
Skills & Requirements
• Portfolio and resume required for submission
• Portfolio as diverse as possible, including but not limited to oil paintings, watercolor drawings, sketches, digital illustration, animation, graffiti, and any other form of arts that demonstrate artistic taste and skills
• Fluent in any of the following languages: English, Mandarin, or German
• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, such as (but not limited to) Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification
• Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
