Job Description

Talmi Entertainment/Moscow Ballet seeks Graphic Designer.
The qualified candidate must have a fluent understanding and working knowledge of commercial design trends and principles. Expert two-dimensional design fundamentals are required. Extensive knowledge of art history is required. Must be able to work within a team. Graphics will be output for omni-channel marketing campaigns. Deliverables will include: Product packaging, flyers, posters, printed booklets, display banners, web banner ads for deployment through most major platforms. Candidate must have a sophisticated knowledge of professional print standards in CMYK and digital output in RGB. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of the production workflows for print and digital collateral. Candidate must have a working basic knowledge of HTML. Hard coding from scratch will not be required, but Designer will be working with Content Management Systems and HTML for email. Designer will be responsible for updating various sections of via its CMS.
Additionally, Designer will be asked to contribute to product design. This process will include brain storming new consumer product ideas, creating Photoshop mock up renderings, and sourcing suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must have advanced knowledge of current versions of key Adobe software:
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Illustrator
Premier and After Effects highly desirable.
Must be proficient with cloud storage platforms and delivery services.
Must have experience with mass email platforms such as Constant Contact.

Bachelor's degree desirable
Compensation is competitive.
Moscow Ballet will consider remote candidates if superbly qualified.

Talmi Entertainment is the official production company of the Moscow Ballet. Moscow Ballet tours North America annually performing acclaimed ballets including the Great Russian Nutcracker, Swan Lake and more. Many of our performances have a fund-raising component for organizations such as hospitals, children’s museums and more.
