Branding for the Annual Conference has been mapped out for a multiple year running theme; each with a different emphasis on a four-part series.
Three major publications help guide participants through the conference. The Book of Reports contains the official business and recommendations to be voted upon. The Program & Events Guide is a colorful booklet containing maps, all scheduling information, speaker biographies, promotional materials and event information. The Celebration of Life & Ministry book is the complete liturgy of the retiree / memorial / ordination service.
The multi-day event is broadcast online for live streaming as well as produced into DVD packages. Main event services and lectures, daily edited video highlights, photos of the week and commemorative discs are all made available for order via mail or online

Each June, over twenty-five hundred United Methodist clergy and lay representatives from around Ohio gather at Lakeside for the West Ohio Annual Conference. The main purpose is to discuss and vote upon the proposed recommendations, but the event has grown to be a week of renewal, celebration, fellowship and education.
