Rockbilly Poster
Rockbilly Show Poster - This poster is for a concert venue in Baltimore. The band featured developed a style that combines old bluegrass and country western with punk rock. These genres all have strong typographic associations. I combined them, and constructed the layout by hand to give the illusions of the imperfections that occur as a result of the printing process of wood type. I silk-screened all of the type on a handmade wood paper. Received an honor mention at the AIGA Blueridge Juried Show.
