The existing front page addresses external and internal audiences, combines persistent and transient information in unfortunate ways.
Redesigning (2015)

The web site of my local golf club was a compromise, trying to meet several communicative needs but ending up as something rather muddy.
My redesign focused on clarifying the role of the local web site in the overall online strategy: to attract paying green fee guests. Based on that formulation, it was straightforward to propose a more appealing and pure design.
As part of the work, other communicative purposes have been reallocated to channels such as an open Facebook organization page and an archival web site for internal use.
