Shoulder "Tree of Life" Tattoo - Digitally Inked in Adobe Illustrator. This was a tattoo with a pretty complex description. The client wanted something that could fit from his shoulder blade to his upper arm. The parts he wanted drawn included a "tree of life," his family members, a Native American headdress, a medical symbol, and a lion's head. (phew)
"In Honor of David" - Inked in Adobe Illustrator, colored in Adobe Photoshop. The client who asked for this design wanted to portray a religious transcendence from the earth to the heavens, in honor of a passed family member. (She then also asked me to "Add a heart, please!")
This is a sort of sketched "tattoo template" from which clients could draw ideas. Some people have a general idea of the kind of design they want as a tattoo, but can have trouble describing what they want. Again, people request trees VERY often.
"Typhoeus Face" - Inked in Adobe Illustrator, colored in Adobe Photoshop. This client requests a bust to be placed on his shoulder. He wanted a white face based on the monster in the 1902 painting, "Hostile Forces the Giant Typhoeus" and to be wearing "Hindu Deity Jewelry."
Computer Tree - Micron Pen with Photoshop touch-up This was originally made for a customer to use as a home page of a website, however he scrapped the website idea and used it as a tattoo for his back instead.

These are tattoos I designed. Descriptions are provided with each one. Most of these were inked in Adobe Illustrator.
Also, it was always interesting to me how many people ask for trees...
