BMW Internship - After the energy crisis, civil unrest envelops the nation. A war between gangs and government leads to localized political control. Lack of resources leads to abandonment of small towns. Cities become city-states but most of these cannot support themselves so they are abandoned too. By 2076, only 7 cities across the continent are still developed. Infrastructure connecting these city-states crumbles due to lack of control. Trade between these city-states is dangerous but necessary.
