Nonin WristOx2 Pulse Oxymeter - Concept Selection - Based on initial concepts, Nonin was interested in three of our concepts, each with it's own UI layout. One of my shell concepts would become one of the two finalists, and I designed the UI for all 3 variants.
Josh designed this concept, which was chosen by the client as a finalist, version B. Version A was finally chosen for its ease of manufacture.
This Pulse Oxymeter concept made it to the next to last round, but its unusual configuration made it more difficult to produce.

Josh was an Industrial Designer and the primary UI Designer for the The WristOx2™, Model 3150, pulse oxymeter.

Nonin needed to update their wrist oxymeter considering the availabilty of smaller components and new technology. Our team was tasked with optimizing component placement and designing a new shell.
