Fjord Foods and Goods
This 7-week project was a way to explore my ancestral heritage (broadly Scandinavian) and apply what I learned to a new food company.
Fjord Food and Goods sells traditional Scandinavian staples, such as gjetost (goat cheese) and glogg (spiced red wine), as well as treats such as multesyltetoy (cloudberry jam).
