Intro:
Retirees are looking for new ways to preserve their way of life and avoid moving out of their homes into clinical managed care facilities. Baby Boomers cherishes their active lifestyle and independence; but like all people about 70, new challenges emerge in mobility, agility and other areas of health such as vision hearing and memory. The big question becomes, how can design help a new generation of retirees maintain their way of life longer on their terms?

Brief:
One main approach to solve these challenges is to live in smaller homes of one story. This removes the difficulty of climbing stairs and lowers the burden of maintenance both indoors and out. The main constraint of the brief is that your solution must fit into a home of no more than 500sqft.This amount of space must accommodate all of a retiree’s needs, kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. Your task is to find some area of need in such a small home and devise and design a solution to full fill this need
