A rare 2-story Chipotle near Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Providing a handicap accessible entry, restrooms, and seating on the first floor while still having the kitchen on the first floor was a daunting task. Every square inch of the first floor was needed to maximize the kitchens capabilities while allowing the space to meet accessibility codes.
