Second Theme - Maze - This theme takes as its recurring motif the image of a maze. The endless back-and-forth in bureaucracy is symbolized as a maze. The materials with this proposed design reflect the need to break the maze, and create an efficient public service institute.

2011 - Civil Service Commission

In 2011 I was commissioned to design three campaign themes to promote the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC).

The campaign objectives:

• Supplant the image of a red-tape-bogged bureaucracy with that of a speedy, efficient one
• Recharge public confidence in the CSC.
• Create relevant artifacts to reinforce the CSC's new mindset
