Ninoy in Harvard - Commissioned illustration for the 2008 anthology "Ninoy: Art and Essays." The book collects accounts and tribute artwork of Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino III, a Filipino senator who challenged the regime of Ferdinand Marcos. In 1983, Ninoy was assassinated on the airport tarmac upon his return from the United States. His death would spark the People Power Revolution that ousted Marcos. This illustrates his time in Harvard, with his struggles echoed by Archibald Macleish's quote.
