DDShop - The Banker's Emeritus project consisted of three distinctive spaces. DDShop served as a retail outlet for industrial design firm Dimson Design Ship. This retail boutique, located on the first floor of the Old Banker's Building in St Louis, Mo served as an outlet for Dimson's proprietary lines. The design concept used in all three spaces was cobblestone. One way it was implemented in the store was by creating a fluid, organic flow around the space.

DD Academy - The second part of the Bankers Emeritus project, DD Academy served as Dimson Design Ship's training facility used for the continued education of its employees as well as a learning area for apprentices of the company. The concept of cobblestone was used in this area through the use of the golden rectangle, a pattern notorious in nature, to lay out the space plan, and a classroom layout that not only supported employees learning goals, but the company’s overall goal of profitability.

Dimson Design Ship - The final part of the project was Dimson Design Ship's studio. This space was laid out not only to be an area for employees to unleash their creative juices, but also a space for the company to host major events that would promote the well being of the city of St Louis. Cobblestone, again, was used in the design of this space. Implementation included spaces that relied on rough to smooth flooring transitions to define them, a plan based on natural patterns, and the use of daylighting systems.
