Worker Workstation Continuous Improvement
This is a one day assignment to help improve the manufacturing and assembly for a one man zone. The purpose was to illustrate the continuous improvement needs to the manufacturing engineer showing how the package should move and how the zone should be improved to minimize a struggle and error for the worker. This supported lean manufacturing and quality engineering for the organization.
