Judith Byberg

This object was designed in collaboration with Bognanco and consists of glacettes designed for the professional market. The first, named “Kelix” has several functions, as seen in the diagram : The base is slightly hollowed out to hold bottles more securely, while the main body is divided into two sections. The lower section is narrower and has a space large enough for the waiter's hand, while the upper section, broader, contains a removable tray in which to put ice and lemon. Finally, the upper edge has a distinctive “claw” shape, supporting the neck of the bottle.
