Weeksville Heritage Center
Weeksville has various programs and events that are related to the
neighbors. Also, Weeksville is themain central area in historical, educational, and social aspects of Brooklyn. I got a strong impression of Weeksville’s communal space and I determine to focus on it and
develop with a powerful concept. Therefore, my concept of Weeksville Heritage Center is a “Core”. I will design a community space of Weeksville Heritage Center as a multi-functional space for neighbors and provide a good connection between Core Area and existing exhibition spaces with a well-designed pathway.
