I drew simple sketches and wrote down measurement(Unit:mm). and cut out leather to pieces as I needed.
Cut out leather pieces from laser machine. I work in a jewelry factory. We have default settings for silver and gold, so I had to test few times for cutting leather in right power setting.
Finally cut out the pieces!
Quiet long journey to assembling those.
Almost done.
It's done! and attached my favorite keyring.

Rough Sketch Project-Airpod Case
I made out of my airpod case from rough sketches. As my experience, designing a product needs to sketch hundreds to thousands times for one products. Personally I just love to sketch in rough styles(Let's say it's personal passwords). So I tried my rough sketches to final product. And it worked perfect for me.
