Through prototyping, we spent a lot of time refining the spring-loaded lock.
The 4" required a fair amount of additional ideation for the lock and movement due to its larger size.
These can be mounted in nearly any direction.
Through the color schemes, design language, diameters, and offsets from the wall. These fit in perfectly with the Dust Right Ready-Mount product line. This Keyshot rendering was done in collaboration with one of my team members.
The 4" also has a matching offset from the wall to the 4" Ready-Mount Rockler ports. This Keyshot rendering was done in collaboration with one of my team members.

Rockler Dust Right Dust Collection Manifolds
These are dust collection manifolds for a workshop. They allow a user to direct the suction from their dust collector directly to a tool. There are two sizes that each have extension bases to allow these to grow with a shop. Like all other Rockler products in my portfolio, while I was the primary designer. These were developed in collaboration with a small team of designers and woodworkers who all help make these products a success.
