Interaction Design contest finalist. The bracelet reads RFID tags on supermarket shelves. The ID is linked to the ingredient list (the FDA already has a database of foods and their ingredients) and this is matched to the user's dietary recommendations, also saved in an accessible database. A signal is relayed to the consumer through the bracelet as a warm or cold feeling (using a Peltier ceramic), warm signifying a good choice and cold being a poor choice.
