Whiteleaf Maquette - Small sculpture of wood sprite Whiteleaf, he is a tiny bark creature who is around 50 in human years but still just a sprite-ling (5) in wood years. His voice is the sound of the wind rattling through the leaves, his bark still growing, and birds find him particularly nestable.

Fae Funny Face - Quick sketches for the facial construction of a androgynous fun seeking Fae whose black eyes whisper of bottomless time, whose laugh lines tell of mirth and merry and above all whose favorite past time is to wear a leaf on it's head
Mystics and Podlings - Inspired by the wonder of Brian Froud, I sought to portray the age and wisdom, and ever inclusive whimsy
Wood Sprite - Concept sketches of my wooden friend, I sought a young yet gnarly face whose branches had not yet seen the passage of millennium to further sprout and fully form, yet the wrinkles and overlay speak of the nature and good heart of the forest.
Wood sprite - The posed and yet still five year child sized wood sprite, how his limbs are not proportionate to his body, how he will lumber and tumble until his forest years reach further into their growing years
Wood sprite illustration - The colored concept drawing for the gnarly and whimsy barkened friend of the forest. Quick turns with watercolor portray the squiggly bark patterns and his new and yet ancient body.
Wood Ent - Concept drawings of my wood ent/sprite idea, but these sought to be too old, too manish, seeking further development for the whimsy and wonder of the younger and mischief causing sprite.
Fae Costume Concept - Concept drawing for the costume of my Fae forest friend, seeking elemental and flow, yet whimsical and mischievous as all practical jokers of the forest are as they flutter hidden in the trees as they raise up roots to trip you up
Watercolored Fae Costume - The concept was a fae forest friend who wore blended in with nature yet portrayed the whimsy and flow of the timeless and new green growth alike.

Quick concept: Orb of Death - Quick concept sketches of an orb that will be juggled and yet eject a blade smoothly at the press of a well blended in button
