Learnt to use CRM database to keep records of research participants.
Built a 2,000-strong panel by posting on social media, writing features for customer newsletters and adding sign-up forms to online surveys.
Maintained panel engagement with regular and varied research projects and a warm and personal response to emails from panel members.
Used custom queries to select suitable participants for projects, based on factors such as age, internet experience and relationship with Age UK.
