In order to position Missouri Credit Union (MCU) as a knowledgeable credit union that is there for more than just your financial transactions, we launched a blog called Heads & Tails. Heads & Tails is a down-to-earth, no-nonsense blog covering topics from money-saving tips, money & relationships to student loans, credit card debt information and more.
In addition to working on the content strategy, it's my job to keep my finger on the Gen X and Gen Y pulse, understanding their financial needs in order to create content that is meaningful to them. Blog topics are curated by me, and generally written by the copywriter on the account. Readership continues to climb.
