3D Printed Flywheel Toy Car
This was designed in Autodesk Fusion, and assembles exclusively via snap/sliding fits. All parts were optimized for 3D printing to avoid support structure, and the flywheel bearings are designed to use "vase mode" printing to create a smoother surface. The flywheel is designed to be filled with pennies for extra mass.
