The Cutting Garden - This identity was for an assignment where every student re-designed the same company. We visited the site and spoke with the owner who expressed her desire for a brand that emphasized simplicity and elegance as well as emphasizing the organic farm. The site hosts weddings and has a you-cut flower stand and lavender farm. I used leaves in the logo to tie in the natural qualities of the site and used elegant type that works for weddings but is not too frilly for a you-cut flower farm.
Brochure Covers Set 1 - For these brochure covers, I mimicked the logo by enlarging it and filling the spaces with photographs supplied by the owner.
Brochure Covers Set 2 - These brochures also mimic the logo, but utilize a less dramatic angle to accommodate landscape oriented photographs.
Cutting Garden Business Cards and Letterhead - This stationery uses the same flower patterns used throughout the identity package. I kept in mind that the company would need pieces that are appropriate for correspondence with brides but also can be used with the farming aspect of the business.
