Carpe Diem Coffee Shop
This was an assignment given in my Adobe Illustrator class. We were given a description of a local business called “Carpe Diem Coffee Shop” and we were to design the look for the coffee shop’s new website. We were also given a description of what the owner was like and what kind of things she likes to see in her coffee shop. For example, the owner likes the vintage style and her shop is geared towards the younger crowd. Using these elements, I created a design that I thought would best fit her business. I used a grid system to layout my design. I also used scribble styles to enhance some of the text areas. I also used gradients and varying opacities on this project.
