Perfect Rebel DVD Cover
This was an assignment given to me in my Graphics Arts II class. The assignment was to create a DVD cover for a movie that we made up. I created a concept for a movie called “Perfect Rebel”. I wanted the feel of this layout to be intense and mysterious. To create this feeling. I made the backgrounds fiery red and used the sharp edges of the castle silhouette. All the people in the composition have serious expressions on their faces which also conveys the intensity I was looking for. The purple and the blue of the girls’ dresses contrast from the rest of the design and focus the attention on her, showing that she is the main character.
