Pry Bar
The Cobra - This is a project I did sophomore year. The assignment was to create a pry bar that exceeded an ordinary pry bar. After doing some research I realized that you really need to get the nail a little out of the wood before you can use a pry bar to get the nail totally out. With the cobra bar the "fangs" cut into the wood over the nail so you don't have to carry around another tool. Also the unique curve teardrop removes nails without bending them so you can reuse them.
