After conducting a semester-long ethnographic study of the night janitors on campus, I created the concept for this application called TalkOn. It began as a project to fit the need of the janitors, a communication app that allows the under appreciated and unseen staff to relay video messages and chat with students. The students could leave thank you messages on public boards, opening a line of communication not possible before. I expanded the app to have an events page as well. The latest solution for simple, streamline group messaging, group video chat, and gratification note delivery.
