Time-Charging Quick Reference Guide
The time-charging program used in the office was confusing, and each week, employees were wasting precious time entering their time incorrectly and then having to fix erroneous time charges. I did some internal research with users to better understand the confusion, and designed this quick reference guide to aid employees. Errors in time charging went down significantly after the release of this guide.
