Conference Room - This was a backyard beach house that was re-renovated into a conference room. My client works mostly from home, so it was important in the renovations to add a conference area for my client to host meetings.

This is a residential home with a first and second floor, with a pool house that was converted and re-renovated into a conference room.
There is a RCP and electrical plan of every space in the home. This home comes fully equipped with a jacuzzi and a rock climbing wall. The down stairs was designed to be a very open floor plan, to accommodate parties. As the upstairs was designed to be very compartmentalized and private.
