The project was set in an industrial building, that has been transformed into a university. The existing elements were taking into consideration and used as part of the design.
The concept of this event was Back to the Future. The idea was to create a feeling of time travel, at the entrance, leading to the main room of the event. The material used was lycra, and shapes were created following the stretchy properties of the fabric.
The colours were specified by the client - white and blue. The lighting in the main room was designed to be used without any electrical connection, and the balls were suspended in the air using lycra and cable.
The project was a great success, as the clients and the team working on the installation were happy throughout the process.
