Atheer Air Glasses

One of the many AR HMDs I have been involved with is the Atheer Air. I was responsible for the mechanical design, DFM/A, and taking the product from concept to production with the CM. This product has 2 of the most complicated tools I have had a chance to commission. One was a TPE injection mold with 4 slides, 2 lifters, and a manual pick out. The other was a 1.5mm thick optical shield for a custom blend of TR-90 with hot runner and RHCM .
