Incubate Center (Studio 2 Project 2)
Incubator's leadership is committed to building a launch center in an existing building in Downtown State College, and they have charged you to create an entirely new type of spatial experience--combining aspects of fashion-forward boutique, farm, garden, office, coffee shop, coworking space and makerspace or digital fabrication workshop. CONSTRAINTS: the structure of the apartment floor above must remain in tact (only redesigning the ground floor and basement floor)
