The City of Portland is in the midst of a major construction project to upgrade its sewer systems. The public has little knowledge of the Big Pipe and informational banners were needed to present the project with a graphically simple system due to the fact that the majority of the construction sites are on high traffic routes. Using graphic illustrations five banners were created by the design team to present the benefits of the project to residents of the metro area.
