Pangolin is an animal with a very special feature, is the only mammal that has its skin covered by keratin scales.
Having this in mind Schutz was created.
The suit was built using an elastic net and the scales of three different sizes were made out of polystyrene that was cut and heated to get the desired shape and curvature.ideally the suit would be build in smart materials that harden with impact.
The position of the scales is not random, they are placed in different directions according to the aerodynamics that play an important role for bikers while riding.
