Women’s Outlet Designer

Presented Design concepts to VP of Design/ Design Director and cross functional teams for Women’s Outlet.
Designed 120+ styles a season, categories included: swim, outerwear, knit/woven tops, sweaters, fleece, soft bottoms, and dresses. Met with graphics teams on art specific to each category. Worked with Senior Buyer to create key item programs and Prod. Dev. Teams on strategy for achieving margin goals and timelines. Approved all final fit, fabric, prints and lab dips. Met with vendors on fabric, trim and design development adhering to internal and external budgets. Collaborated with women’s design team seasonally on design direction including shopping, market research and consumer analysis.
