First response Paramedic Scooter

Based in the city, the scooter would be stationed in a designated area waiting for an emergency call out. During this time where the scooter is seated it would be charging from a plug-in unit that the paramedic would also use as storage or to dispose of medical waste and replenished once a day.
Once a call is made the scooter would set off, depending on the range it would reach the destination within 4-5 minutes, half the time of an ambulance. The battery will last 50 62miles and take three hours to fully charge.
The idea is to improve the performance of the medical emergency service. The Medi-core is a small scooter and in busy times of the day would find it easy to navigate amongst congestion.
The scooter is designed to be used on roads, pavements and in some pedestrian precincts giving no limits to where I can travel on ground level. The system consists of reaching a scene within 3-4 minutes half the time of ambulance to stabilize a person before an ambulance finally reaches.
