7x7cube . Portugal . 2oo0 . FAA - A house sketch who's stremely parameters were a base object cube of 7 meters of side. First floor is composed by a social area all the oppose of the second floor, that is only privacy. My goal was to make an open space empty of walls, to the exception of the bathroom. The client was an artist, someone explosive and excentric. The house works like an eruption of his own personality. My concept came up of a volcano, that's way the colours choice, warm colours in contrast with the crud grey.
interactive ARTS center . Portugal . 2oo3 . FAA - My first point was to impose the building in a provocative way and sometimes without sense. It explains the front door that born in the water through a curve ramp, the steps without supports and a glass without frames, impossible to undertake the dimension hole. The concept appears with man like centre of everything. Around him, the world and the 4 elements. The water mirror, fire through the 3 panels, air in the cover and the earth that appears by the inferior floor hole.
urban intervention . Portugal . 2oo3-o4 . FAA - The square is organized from the concept of the man centralization - anthropocentrism. The buildings are organized in the space in order to serve the people in accordance with its necessities, encircling them and contemplating them. There's a road, under the square preventing the vehicles circulation in the exterior space. As the proposal get bases on a square where it inserts one future City council and an Arts Centre, the disposal in the space was a transition between spaces.
city council . Portugal . 2oo3-o4 . FAA - A building that represents the power, the support of a society, rejecting the austere connotation, impersonal and cold.The idea is to transmit persistence, and sensitivity in the functions playing in here. A booster of administration of the city for the good of all its habitants, in a small line of special contact with the people in a space of concentration with so relaxed characteristics as the nature. A City council whose functionality in a similar way contemplates its employees and its users.
arts centre . Portugal . 2oo3-o4 . FAA - An arts centre that sends us for its interior, abstract us of the remain, far from the exterior that it's far from the activities inside the building. A building interiorised with itself, collected in the land. A world apart from other realities where our mind runs over by culture and gets constant information of the diverse arts. A hidden space that's send us for one end only - art. Because culture and arts do not need being demarcated.

software park . China . 2oo7-o8 . ZPA - The ancient man throwed the magic cubes from the mountain. When they stop in the land the building appears in their right positions. These volumes intersect each other and these intersections create the public spaces and vertical access. The green penetrates inside through the several relax courtyards. The landscape disorganise everything with organic trails to broke with the cubes strong square lines and gardens terraced like the traditional rice fields but with grass.
club house . China . 2oo7 . ZPA - Behind the waterfalls lives a delighted, magic, perfect world, where you can rest, relax and forget all the real world. A Club House where you have a spa, massage, pool, lakes, a lot of green and nature. All the calm that you need and you can find to feel like in paradise...
spiral house . Innerland . 2oo8-o9 . LI - A spiral that developed from a simple curve.Two directions, north/south - east/west, interpreted in different ways.The first: simple and pure.The second: complex and austere.The structure (2nd direction) is made for one piece only, a white concrete curve.The beginning curve upholds the cars space.The ending curve defines the indoor places.In some point the curve goes under the ground and this empty space is filled up with water.The curve extremities (1st direction) are delimited by glass.
