The Rozentals Society (a Finnish - Latvian friendship society) needed a fresh visual identity to make it easier to work in social median and web environment, as well as make a face lift in printed materials of the society. The R-letter in the logo is based on a latvian font Cirulis, that was re-designed based on the originally hand-drawn typeface from 1920´s by Ansis Cirulis (http://getcirulis.com), so it also supports the historical side of the society and ties the design to Latvia even trough typography.
