3.1 Land Bank. The City of Kansas City owns thousands of distressed or vacant properties. The Land Bank was created to help distribute properties and work with neighborhoods. Business Problems: They have applicants for the properties, but many do not qualify or drop off before the process is complete. I created a data visualization that will help buyers understand and select properties. This is the Tableau Graph of the best values in the Land Bank's current list of properties.

Predicting Property Violations

Two exploratory analyses with similar data sets. The Code for KC folks wanted to know if we could predict property behavior based on other factors that are collected in census data. The census data was married with kiva codes and I ran an analysis in July and then in September. It was a lot of fun and I hope to find some more work like this soon.
