Personal Dossiers is a project which is still work in progress. Its functionality is similar with this of a shopping cart. The authenticated learner will have the option to add dossiers in his personal area, as well as dossier items(papers, videos, audios) to a specific dossier. He will also be capable of sharing a dossier by a) providing a public link and b) producing code that can be embedded in other environments.
