Design for Need Project
This project briefing was to design a product for need. The need being, our night sky was vanishing due to light pollution and money was being wasted which affected health in humans and wildlife. I tackled the problem by designing the 'Eco-glow' street lamp, which limits pollution by using sensors to reduce/increase light based on activity. This design was later replicated by a company called 'Tvilight' (http://www.tvilight.com/frontpage)
